Initial conversation

Our first session
During our first session, we will take time to get to know each other while discussing the contract and exploring what you want to gain from the counselling sessions. And don’t worry if you don’t know what you want to say, we’ll find our way together.
Ongoing sessions
How long we work together in counselling is something we can review as we go. There is no minimum or maximum length, and we’ll have regular reviews to check in how the sessions are going.
Session fee
£50 per 50-minute session
Sessions are to be paid in advance by BACS (details sent ahead of our first session).
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a session, please let me know as early as possible. Sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice are not charged. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed sessions, are charged at the full rate.
